Vegan Napa Batch #2 (300g Jar)
We’ve had to tinker with the Master recipe for you vegans. We won’t lie, it wasn’t easy. The result however is a Kimchi that is Vegan which goes toe to toe with our Classic.
Just like the Classic, the NAPA CABBAGE are bathed & salted which sweat out and soften over the next few hours. Then after smothering them in our red, briny VEGAN KIMCHI PASTE packed with fresh rice paddy herbs, our precious VEGAN CABBAGE BABIES are snuggled together in tubs to ferment and come alive.
You will be amazed at how bright and briny this Kimchi can be. Just like the Classic but VEGAN.
